WRC appears to have been one of the hundreds of DIY labels that came and went during the 1970s. As far as I have been able to determine, the only record on that label was the one shown above, 'If You Talk In Your Sleep', by Graham McNally, which appeared in 1979 and had a catalogue number of WSP-001.
