WCA would appear to have been a small independent label. It issued at least two 7" records, a single by The Barrie Brothers, 'Jean' b/w 'Skye Boat Song' (WCA S-0002), and an EP by Tony Graham with the Colin Peters Orchestra (WCA-0002 EP). Both came out in 1975 and for some reason both were numbered 0002 - were there an S-0001 and an 0001 EP? The Barrie Brothers were from the Newcastle area, but according to the picture sleeve of their single WCA was based at 43 Drury Lane, London WC2.
