Apparently Waste was another in the long line of DIY labels. I have only seen two of the company's records listed: both were EPs by Mark Beer. 'Isolations' came out in 1978 and had a catalogue number of WAS-001; it was followed a year later by 'Collaborations' (WAS-002). Rumour has it that the music on them was in Post-Punk synthesizer territory.
