A one-off DIY label from the golden age of such things. All that I know about V-Kris is what can be gleaned from the label: that it issued a single, 'Okay' b/w 'Trouble With The Law' by Kris, in July 1979; that the catalogue number was VKR-1; and that the label was based in Stockport. It seems like a good bet that Chris Statham, who wrote the song, was also the performer and the owner of the label. The record was made through SRT, as the matrix number (S 79 CUS-556) indicates.
