Apparently a one-off label. Viscount seems to have been responsible for only one single, 'Maggie's March', by the True Blues (VR-1001; 4/79), which was the Conservatives' campaign song for 1979. The record wasn't a hit with the public, even though the party was. Distribution was by CBS.
