Made through the Discotape recording studios, of Dore, Sheffield. The only Sheffield Playhouse record that googling reveals is the EP shown above, 'The Moon And The Morning Star' by the Vanguard Company of Sheffield Playhouse Theatre, which came out in 1970, but its catalogue number, SP-2-EP, suggests that there may be an SP-1 out there somewhere. I have only been able to track down a couple more records that were made through Discotape: a three-track 7" by Roy & Jackie Toaduff - see 'Flare' - and an LP by Diane Cousins, 'On The Road' (DRS-100277), which dates from 1977. Given the small pressings and local nature of private recordings there may well be others out there. Pressing of the Vanguard Company EP was by Orlake.
