Output seems to have been a DIY label. The only records I have managed to trace on it were a couple of EPs by the A. K. Process, 'Electronic Music By The A. K. Process' (OPR-101; 1979) and 'Stop! Dance' (OPR/P-202; 3/81). Thanks to Sam Mauger for the scan, which if of the 1981 EP, and for bringing that record to my attention.
