Apparently a DIY label fron the mid '70s. The only O'Sullivan record I have so far been able to trace is the one shown above, 'Beautiful Stranger' b/w 'Life Gets Lonely Out At Sea', by John O'Sullivan, but the catalogue number of that single, 'JOS-002', suggests that there should be at least one more out there. Pressing was by C. H. Rumble, a firm which made records for a number of small labels; see DTS, Freeman, and Southern Sound for examples. There's also one of their pressings on the Third World page.
