An independent label from the Punk / New Wave era, run by the owner of a Southend record shop. 'No Survivors' b/w 'Is Somebody There?' by Mod band Speedball seems to have been No Pap's sole release. It was issued in May 1979. Both sides of the single were given their own catalogue number, DD-1 and DD-2, and while the band's name was given prominence on the label it was misspelled as 'Speedballs'.
