A Reggae label. New Star put out at least five singles during 1977-78, in a NEW-0 catalogue series, with Mojo handling the distribution. According to 'Music Master' Pye picked up NEWs 1, 4 and 5 in December 1979 and gave them wider distribution. Mark Griffiths writes that the label was owned by David Sinclair ('Tapper Zukie'). The printing on the scan should be silver; it hasn't scanned well.
