A DIY label. Neo London's sole release appears to have been, 'In Black', by Metrophase (PHASE-1), which came out in July 1979 and was reissued on the Fresh label as FRESH-6. Reportedly Metrophase included two members of the band Swell Maps, and played Synthesiser Punk.
