An obscure DIY - or possibly independent - label from 1977. Nebula issued at least one single, 'Anna' by Andy Watts & Cobra. The catalogue number of that record, PPS-008, is one of a series belonging to Quest (q.v.) Studios, of Luton, so presumably the tracks were recorded there.
