MITCHELL ARMSTRONG

Another one of those cases where a label probably didn't have an actual name and I've had to name it after the artist involved in order to give it an identity.  The artist concerned was, obviously, singer Mitchell Armstrong, who put out a self-financed EP featuring 'Solitaire',  'Oh, What A Beautiful Morning' and 'With One More Look At You'.  It had a catalogue / matrix number of MA-1; there doesn't seem to have been any MA-2.  There's no date on the record but Mitchell writes that he recorded it around 1977, in Derek Tompkins's studio in Kettering, so that places it firmly in our decade.  Thanks to him for that information.  He is still singing, and he has a website here.
