MAYHEM

One of those many occasions when I have to confess to utter ignorance about a label.  All I can say about Mayhem is that it issued at least one single, 'What's My Line' by the memorably-named Mandible Rumpus.  The catalogue number of the single was HEM-1; it came out in 1979 and has the appearance of a custom pressing.  The music is reported to be 'A psychotic mix of Passage, Hazel O'Connor and King Crimson', which sounds intriguing.  Thanks to Sam Mauger for the scan and for bringing the label to my attention.
