A Reggae label. The Matumbi Music Corp issued at least four singles in 1976/77, three of which were by the group Matumbi, who, along with Dennis Bovell, were the owners of the label; the other was by a member of the band. It appears to have been succeeded in the late '70s by the 'M R.' label (q.v). MA-004 was also available in 12" form, numbered MAT-04. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan of the yellow label.
