A DIY label from 1972, pressed by Lyntone. Presumably the example shown above, 'On Our Way To Mars', by S.O.M. (MS-0001), was the only release on Marionics. Google is silent about both band and label; my copy of the single used to be owned by Mecca's Ilford branch, which suggests that S.O.M. were based not too far away from there. The record itself is an amiable Pop tune with African / Reggae tinges; the sort of thing that might have made a decent Boney M album track later in the decade. Its matrix number in LYN-2513.
