One of the labels run by a company called Isa Bell Productions, of 10, Amhurst Parade, London N16; for the other see 'Planet (1970'). Magpie put out at least one record: an EP of lullabys, sung by Jean Hampson. It had a catalogue number of MMA-444, and it came out in 1970. Manufacture was by Pye. Isa Bell seem to have been in the habit of numbering their records 111, 222, 333 and so on: the two Planets I've tracked down were MPA-333 and MPA-555. Presumably this Magpie came out between them. As yet I haven't managed to find 111 or 222. Thanks to Sam Mauger for bringing Magpie to my attention and for providing a scan.
