A DIY label from Northampton. 'Heart 'n' Soul' by Rock band Madrigal (LES-1; 1979) seems to have been Les Roberts's only release. Presumably Les was enthusiastic about the band and he provided the means for them to record a couple of tracks and put them on vinyl. It's arguable that this label should be filed under 'Madrigal' rather than Les Roberts, because the band's name is printed larger than his is, but as the catalogue number refers to him rather than to them I reckon that he deserves the primary credit. Pressing was done through custom recording firm SRT.
