This sounds distinctly like a DIY Punk label: the date (4/'78) is right, anyway. The only single which came out on Housewives Choice was the Cuban Heels', 'Downtown' (JY-1); it came out with a press release, so presumably a reasonable attempt was made to promote it. Distribution was by Scotia, which suggests that the Heels came from North of the Border. Thanks to Steve Hill for the scan.
