HORRIS

Horris seems to have been a one-off DIY label, albeit a distinctive-looking one.  Crease's single 'So Long Simon' is the only record that I have happened upon on the label, and that would have passed me by altogether if Robert Bowes hadn't been kind enough to send a scan.  He describes the songs on it as soft Pop / Rock, rather reminiscent of 1977/78-period Moody Blues; which isn't what the label design would lead you to expect.  The catalogue number was H-100, and the generally rough appearance of the label together with the fact that the component parts of the matrix number were separated with plus signs, suggest an Orlake pressing.
