Duff appears to have been one of those DIY labels which the Punk era generated. It issued at least two singles, both by Bangor band Hot Water, which suggests that it was owned by them. 'Different Morning' (DWR-100) came out in 1978; 'Get Lost' (DWR-101) in 1979. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan.
