A mysterious one. Robert Bowes kindly sent along the Artels Label scan shown above, saying that while there's no date on it it looks like a 1970s release, which it does. 'Reaching Out' by the Artels (Al-023) would seem to have been the only record on the Artels Label label. The arrangement was by Terry and Patsy Harrigan, suggesting that 'Artels Label' equals 'Our Tel's Label', or 'Our Terry's Label'. A DIY effort, then, presumably. Google proved unable to help, so unless Terry or Patsy Harrigan reads this, that's as far as it goes.
