A DIY label from 1978, and one of those cases where I've had to use the artist's name as an identifier. The artist in this case was a New Wave band from Cheltenham called The Index, and their single 'Jetlag' b/w 'Total Bland' (INDY-001) would seem to have been the label's only release. The band's line-up featured Troy Tate, who went on to be a member of Shake, The Teardrop Explodes, and Fashion, as well as pursuing a solo career. The labels' 'smooth outer, rough inner' appearance hints at an Orlake pressing.
