A Reggae label, owned by Roy Shirley in partnership with a Mrs. Johnson, of the R & JJ West Indian Restaurant, of Hackney. R & JJ seems to have been responsible for just one record: Roy Shirley's, 'Heart-Breaking Jepsey'. It came out in 1974 and had a catalogue number of RJJ-101. The single also appeared a year later on the Torpedo label as 'Heart Breaking Gipsy' (TOR-58). Thanks to Mark Griffiths for the ownership information.
