Apparently a vehicle for Christian Rock band Driver, Rod's issued two singles and an album by them in 1979/80. The singles were 'Like A Mirror' b/w 'Here I Am' (ROD-1; 1979) and 'I'm Not Dreaming' b/w 'So They Say' (ROD-2 / DGS-2; 1979). The LP, 'You Better Take It' appeared in 1980 with a catalogue number of HOT-1. Between the two singles the apostrophe in the label's name was lost and a more adventurous label design was adopted.
