A small independent label Reggae from Willesden, NW2. Noel ran to four releases, all of them by David Sebastian, who was presumably the man behind the label. In addition to two 7" singles, one of which was also available in 12" form, there were a 12" single and an LP. All of them shared the same DN-000 numbering. Only the album, Love And Peace' (DN-002), had a date on it (1980) but fortunately the first single, 'Your Number One' backed with an instrumental version (DN-001), was played on the John Peel show of the 11th of December 1979, which enables us to pin it down to November / December of that year and allows Noel to qualify for this site.
