A short-lived label from 1979. Ipi Tombi seems to have released just one record, a single by Pulse called 'The Warrior' (IPI-1; 1/79). Manufacture was by Lyntone (LYN-5914/5), and distribution was by Spartan. 'Ipi Tombi' was the name of a popular South African musical show of that period, and 'The Warrior' was a re-recording of track from it; the 'B' side of the single featured the Original Cast version. The Original Cast album appeared on the Galaxy label (q.v.).
