A Punk / New Wave label from Cardiff, IME was owned by Richard Haines. It released at least two singles, the first of which was by popular local Punk band Victimize ('Baby Buyer', IME-1; 1979). Its name was a parody of EMI. In common with several other DIY records the labels were hand-written. Thanks to Sam Mauger for the scan.
