BORING
A DIY Punk label, from 1977. Boring was owned
by Punk band The Exiles, from Glasgow; its first release was their, 'Don't Tax
Me' EP (BO-1). The band signed to Charly Records for their second
single, and then split up. A new group, called 'Friction', arose from
the remnants; they issued a second single on the Boring label, 'World In Crisis'
(BO-3), in the early '80s. Thanks to Simon Hughes for the scan.
