A Scottish label, presumably a small independent. Border City issued at least one record: an EP by Rock 'n' Roll band Johnny & The Roccos, entitled 'Rock & Roll Package No. 1', which featured 'Running Bear' and three other tracks, had a catalogue number of JH-678, and came out in 1978. Googling has revealed no signs of a 'Rock & Roll Package No. 2', though the band went on to record for several other labels including Magnum Force and Ace and was still recording in 2000. The JH-600 numerical series isn't one that I've happened upon before - it may belong to the Great Junction Street Studios, in Edinburgh, where (according to the label) the EP was recorded.
