BONAPARTE
Bonaparte started off as a London record store, but,
seized with the DIY spirit of the Punk years, it issued four records of its own
during 1977-79. Its first release was a 'Best Of' EP by Kilburn
& The High Roads' a group which featured Ian Dury (BONE-1); the scan of
that record appears by courtesy of Paul Winsall. Numbering was in a
BONE-0 series, and as can be seen there were at least two different label
designs.
