An independent label, from Jesmond, Newcastle-on-Tyne, run by Mike Maurice and Tony Glover. Blueport's first single was 'Get Your Feet Back On The Ground', by the Young Bucks (BLU-1). There was no date on the label of that record, and different sources give different dates for it: 1976, '77, or '78. The company released at least four more singles before closing down, which it did in 1980. As shown in the discography below, the 'Fonorama.cz' site lists two more singles, but there's nothing elsewhere on the net to confirm their existence. The singles appear to have all been pressed on blue vinyl.
