Biba Music appears to have been a one-off label. The only single I have seen on it so far was, 'Strangelove', by Power Pop band the Venigmas, which came out in 1978 with a catalogue number of TVP-001. The Venigmas were from Glasgow; they went on to make another single for Graduate Records in 1979. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan.
