A product of BI Educational Cruises, which were operated by the P & O shipping company. What seems to be the company's only recording first appeared in 1973 and featured the 'Theme Tune' on one side with 'A Selection Of Music And Sounds From Cruising' on the other. Presumably it was sold to people who booked on to one of the cruises - it was sold, as the sleeve says that a part of the profits would be given to charity. The single had the legend P+O A1 on the run-off; the style of the run-off markings suggests that CBS did the pressing. It came in a picture sleeve with a blank space for the young passengers to collect the signatures of those who were travelling with them. The same record came in two different but closely-related covers featuring the S.S. 'Nevasa' and 'Uganda'.
